I practice from a relational approach and have a warm, non-judgmental, and relaxed manner. I understand that it is important for people to feel comfortable when engaging in therapy and that it can be daunting to reach out when you are feeling stressed or vulnerable.

having difficulty going to school or engaging in other activities
exploring their gender identity
experiencing challenges in their friendships
I am able to support families who may be under significant stress, experiencing uncertainty, or going through life transitions. I can also work with parents to help them increase their understanding of, and feel more confident in, supporting their child who may be struggling with big emotions.
I am also experienced in working with adults who may be experiencing:
I have a particular interest in supporting people who are wanting to understand or explore how past experiences and patterns in their relationships are impacting on how they engage with the world.
I am passionate about working with people to reach their goals, increase their confidence in themselves, or improve their relationships with those around them. If you are thinking of engaging in therapy, or are wanting to work out if I am the right fit for you, feel free to contact me.
