How I work:

I can provide short term therapy suited to those accessing a block of sessions subsidised by Medicare or long term therapy for those seeking a deeper understanding of and resolution to the difficulties they are experiencing.

• Individual therapy to young people (high school onwards) or adults

• Family therapy

• Parenting support

• Clinical supervision

• Bachelor of Psychological Science (Hons 1st Class) University of Queensland 2007

I am an accredited Mentalization Based Treatment practitioner. Mentalization Based Treatment is an evidenced based psychotherapeutic approach for the treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder.

​I am a certified Circle of Security® Parenting™ program facilitator. The Circle of Security® Parenting™ program is based on decades of research about how secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strengthened. 

I am registered with and endorsed as a clinical psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia.​

​

I am a board approved supervisor and can offer supervision to provisional psychologists and clinical registrars.
